- Airboat is handicap accessible.
- This tour is by first-come, first-served basis.
- Tour runs every 30 minutes between 09:00 to 17:00. The best time to see alligators is early in the morning (before 10:00) during a hot weather and later in the day in the cold.
- Children 3 years old and below are free of charge if accompanied by paying adult.
- Children 6 years old and below are required to wear life vests.
