Our orientation chat is a crash course to the city, designed to acclimate you to your surroundings, answer any questions you may have regarding your stay. We also aim to give our unparalleled local's knowledge of the restaurants, museums, events and sites you should not miss.
Our orientation chat normally takes place in your hotel lobby shortly after your arrival, or we can opt to retire to a nearby cafe. If you have walks booked with us, we will discuss your itinerary and go over any last minute questions. Then, we will open the floor to your questions about your stay. We will offer our advice on what is the best day to visit certain museums and monuments to when is the next general strike and how it might affect your visit. We'll bring along maps and our guidebooks to the city that will feature information germane to your particular visit.
Not sure where to find a certain artwork or what time that church is open? Want to find a romantic, hole-in-the-wall where might eat the meal of your life? Have questions about local politics, radical history, or the latest research? Sit down, have a wine and we'll try to get you oriented.

After you book
Please print the electronic voucher sent to you. It contains the operator's complete contact details and local telephone numbers. Give the voucher to the operator on the day of the activity.
What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
That's ok. We will try to be as flexible as possible. But you must inform us by email of the change or cancellation as soon as possible.
